Professor Chipper Sourdoodle is the main protagonist of the Secret of the Cogs series. His mission is to stop The Chairman and the cog army from taking over the tooniverse.

Professor Chipper figures out about the android CH3PPER and gets angry, so he teams up with Ventro Jr to defeat Glen Stein, the creator of the android. Later, Chipper gets a call from A teenager with a voice of a certain space hero that he's trapped in an alternate reality where his entire LIFE has gone COMPLETELY wrong. Chipper says "Sorry. I'm busy fighting my OWN enemies. Sorry for being rude though, my apologies." Later in the series during The Ultimate End series, he is a bad guy nicknamed Chipperius.
===Us: Reborn in the Next Generation===
During the cancelled series, he would have been a minor protagonist who sometimes helps the Alliance of Goodness defeat Adrian's new group of evil, which also consists of The Chairman and The Chairman's Son, Chippers two arch enemies.
