Freckleslam is a toon from Toontown who makes his debut in Unhelpful: A Tooniverse Without Cogs. He is the secondary antagonist of the film. His job is to destroy Chipper and terminate all toons. He is a real hacker and toon, similar to Cool Snuffy.
Secret of the Cogs[]
He can be seen upside down near the elevator as an easter egg when Chipper is fighting The Chairman for the first time when Chipper was young.
Unhelpful[]
All that is told by the creator of the movie is that Freckleslam wil play a major part.
Real Life[]
Freckleslam is a hacker and wants to terminate toons everywhere. Chipper has experienced his threat and luckilly survived.
