Breakdown is a race car called Gold Lightning by Frank Dustman. Ventro swears he talked once in a deep voice saying "I'm in trouble with Megatron" but that is still a mystery nobody can figure out. Actually, not even Ventro is sure if he imagined it all in his imagination or it really talked. He makes minor cameos in Us and was going to be a major villain in a future Us: the Final Fleet episode.
